1. Production Timelines

Design Previews (Proofs)

• A digital preview of your custom design will be emailed to you within 1–4 working days from your order date.
• Note: Email delivery windows may vary depending on the complexity and type of your specific order.
• ⚠️ Important: If you do not approve your design preview within 5 working days, your order will automatically be sent to production to avoid further delays.

Graphics & Extras

• Individual Graphics & Extras: (e.g., mini plates, key rings, upper fork decals, etc.) Dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date you approve your design.
• Full Graphic Kits (No Proof Requested): Dispatched within 7–9 working days from the order date.
• Full Graphic Kits (With Proof): Dispatched within 8–10 working days from the date you approve your design.

Plastics

• Full Graphic Kits + Plastics (Not Fitted): Dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date you approve your design.
• Full Graphic Kits (Fitted to Plastics): Dispatched within 8–10 working days from the date you approve your design.

Seat Covers & Parts

• Orders for standalone seat covers and mechanical parts will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Courier Services

• UK & USA Orders: Dispatched via FedEx Next-Day Delivery.
• International Orders: Shipped via UPS Express Delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. This tracking info includes your expected delivery date and time window. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Liability & Customs

• U.S. Import Regulations: Recent changes to U.S. customs regulations mean some orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Courier Responsibility: factory-decals is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders are shipped via a fully tracked service. Once handed over to the courier, liability transfers completely to the delivery service. If you need to reschedule a delivery, you can do so directly through the provided tracking link. For missing packages, please contact FedEx or UPS directly.
